• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, and another notification when your parcel has been shipped.

• During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended slightly — we will always keep you updated.

UK Shipping

• We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

• Standard Delivery: £4.95 (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent)

  • Free on all orders over £50.

• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days depending on location and service selected.

• All orders are fully trackable and may require a signature upon delivery for security.

International Shipping

• International delivery is available to selected countries.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.

• Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
